Major changes to navbar.
...
Navbar now uses CSS grid layout to position its items.
Navbar items now have more clickable area.
The mobile navbar (for narrow screens) icon that opens an expandable
menu is now positioned symmetrically with the language button.
Refactoring of the DOM, removal of all javascript from navbar
stickiness and better css selector grouping.
