Fixed log rows and update entries not being correctly created for relation entries, fixed action type showing correctly, logging deletions also. Refactored some of write code and commented it.

Backend dev.Dockerfile: Fix npm ci order, caused bcrypt issue
...
The COPY command replaced the container's node_modules (installed with npm ci) with the host systems node_modules, and for some reason this caused (on one PC) an issue where bcrypt.hash hanged forever.
