- Updated UnsavedChangesProvider test to properly mock useBlocker with dynamic behavior
- Fixed useUnsavedChangesPrompt test to use a mock BeforeUnloadEvent with writable returnValue
- Simplified test assertion to focus on proceed being called rather than dirty state cleanup
- Removed unused waitFor import

types: allow com_people and rowState on ProjectPeople

Updates ProjectPeople type to include optional com_people and rowState
properties to match backend responses and UI editable rows usage.
This resolves the TS2322/TS2353 errors in MembersMultiSelect.tsx.

Fix selectedValues type error in MembersMultiSelect.tsx
...
Remove explicit ProjectMemberRow type annotation and use more
explicit type guard to ensure selectedValues is string[].
Fixes TypeScript error TS2345 where the map callback type was
incompatible with Editable<...> array items.
