Navbar objects in app.py should only contain information needs to be
accessed from all tabs. This includes urls and page titles, but not
header pictures of individual tabs.
Navbar items are now passed as a dictionary to the templating engine.
Route definition now makes use of Flask's converters.
Removed unecessary references to super-blocks from layout.html children.
